Inspection policy

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the product before accepting it (we recommend recording a video of the unboxing process). If there are any problems, please immediately inform the delivery staff so we can promptly resolve the issue and exchange the product for you.

In the event of unforeseen issues arising from the client’s side, San Dentist will provide flexible support to resolve them, including:

• The delivery address is incorrect.
• The customer wants to reschedule the delivery.
